The Piccola Maison is a small inn located on the second floor of a small and elegant, ninetieth-century building. It is located on the corner of Via Veneto along a narrow street in the historical center. The building has been completely renovated with fitting and fixtures that are characterized by simple and elegant style that delicately highlight the modern style and simplicity of the interior design.

Via Veneto has been the most prestigious street in Rome since the 1960’s when it was featured as the heart of high society in the film “Dolce Vita”. Even today there is still this atmosphere, with its bars, restaurants, shops and luxury hotels that offer a variety of services to tourists that come from all over the world (taxis, buses and metro, laundry services, currency exchange offices, cinemas, pubs, etc.).
The location is very convenient as it is close to metro stop ‘Barberini’ (line ‘A’).
Visit some of the most important historical monuments and museums that are just a short walk away (Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna and Trinità dé Monti, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo dé Fiori, Galleria Borghese, etc.).

The rooms, which have recently been renovated, have flat screen TVs, mini refrigerators, hair dryers and air conditioning. The warm colors and wood floors accentuate the welcoming and warm atmosphere the hotel has to offer. A self-service point in the common area is available for guests to enjoy coffee, tea, herbal teas and sweet snacks.

It is possible to book a quadruple room, a solution that has an independent entrance and is composed from a double room with internal bathroom and a room with French bed with external private bathroom.
This solution is suitable for families or groups of friends or for longer stays.

You can make a booking extra services sending a request by email or phone or WhatsApp.
It’s always possible to cancel these services without penalty until the day before.

You can pay in cash, with a debit card or credit card Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express and Diner’s.

No, your credit card is only used as a guarantee. You pay directly at the hotel.

You can check-in from 10:30 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.
You always may check-in at times different from those mentioned above upon prior communication and agreement during the reservation process (by e-mail or phone).
The rooms are usually ready from 02:00 p.m.
If you arrive early you can leave your luggage at the reception, take the keys, do the briefing and come back later.
Check-out time is at 10:30 a.m. but you can leave the bags at the reception if leaving later.

Yes, it’s better to communicate your approximate arrival time (station, airport or here) when you have booked the tickets. There’s no problem about the arrival time, knowing it in advance.

It’s possible to cancel a reservation without penalties (the full amount) until 5 days before arrival.

Since we are a small and typical inn in the historical center we do not have an elevator (like most of the buildings of the center) but we will help you with the bags. However, we are on the italian second floor and have a small goods elevator available if you have any heavy luggage.

All the booking details are handled in compliance with the privacy law and by authorized personnel.
Your information (including details from the credit card used to make the reservation) is not stored and deleted after the checkout date.
Your e-mail address is not given to third parties and only used to manage the booking process.
